Use of Services

GoSqueaky provides professional office and commercial cleaning services in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to the premises
• Ensure a hazard-free work environment
• Secure valuables and confidential materials
• Provide accurate information when booking services

GoSqueaky is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or pre-existing issues.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed before or after service, depending on the service plan. Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

GoSqueaky reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services at any time if a client:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Engages in abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior
• Provides false or misleading information
• Fails to make timely payments
• Creates unsafe or unsanitary working conditions

This right is exercised in compliance with applicable California laws.

Cancellations

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, GoSqueaky is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

GoSqueaky may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
